Hi everyone! In this time I write about a landmark I visited last week, Torres del Paine National park near Puerto Natales. I went with a group to Middlebury college that in this semester are studing in our country. The first point in this trip was in Punta Arenas, where arrived and we stayed in a friendly guesthouse. The next morning, we walked for the city of Punta Arenas, visited the cemetery and the square where there is a sculpture that if you give a kiss in the foot of Patagon, will come back again. Later we went to Estrecho of  Magallanes and saw old ships, for example a  fold of ship wich arrived Hernando de Magallanes. More later went to Puerto Natales, this travel to last 3 hours, and we arrived to other beautiful guesthouse. From this city went to Cueva del Milodon, an amazing place where arrived the first humans in Patagonia and where lived the milodon, a specie of giant lazy and other animals. Dear classmates In this chance I'm going to tell you about a trip my family and I made to Chiloe  in 2012.  An unexpected day my parents decided travel to anywhere for know a little part of the world, then barely me and my sisters finished the semester in the school in  december, with my family prepared the suitcases and take a car that my father drove, and the first destination was Valdivia, we arrived therefore to time for lunch and in that occasion we saw boats in the river where you can eat meanwhile travel for the river. We went in a boat and the food was very flavorful, my favorite part was the dessert, I ate watched the Selva valdiviana and a guide told and described many stories. I remember the story of swan of black neck, these birds when have a couple remain together for ever and when die one, the other is alone until die too. Hi everyone In this time I tell you about fiestas patrias. This year I traveled to my home in Los Angeles, California... hahaha is joke, is in Bio bio, Chile. Over there get togheter my family and like arrived before start the celebrations take advantage went visit my friends and done some procedures pending. The next days in my house, with my mom and sister prepared empanadas, I think that is the better of this date for me, I love it and mote con huesillo, although I eat almost all the year hahah. Also, my aunt went my house with my cousins and I remember that day was great, I played with my little cousins and ate many tasty food and drunk flavourful juices. Hi classmates In this occasion I write about a concert I went in the summer. Like last year the protest student was so long, the semester be prolonged until january! For that reason I stayed  in Santiago and in spite of hot days of summer here, was good because I can went to cumbre del rock chileno with my friends. I knew about the event by facebook, tv, etc, and I don't expect went, but when I check the list of artists who present in that opportunity, I knew that must go no matter what. Hi everyone In this time I write about a recent activity that I do. Around one month ago I am cultural mentor, this consist in to be a support for students of exchange program, in this occasion they come to United States, from Middlebury college. The idea of this program is assign one foreing student  for each chilean mentor with the purpose of  orient and guide in the city and university, showing the differents characteristics of Chile, like traditions, places, food, etc. I am mentor of Tiffany and my friend Margarte is mentor of Audrey, both are best friends, then is much easy leave and do many things. This last month we visited restaurants and ate so much! :), also visited museums, went saw movies in the cinema (for example Anabelle II and Cabros de mierda). In addition, we visited general cemetery of Santiago with others students of the same program but they are in others universities. Hi everyone! :) Today I write about something artistic I like doing.  In this year I begin to go a workshop of story telling (cuenta cuentos) where I learned how to tell story for childrens, it was an interesting experience because I known amazing people.  I think this is my most artistic expression in the last time and consist in to prepare short stories with differents techniques of sound, voice, corporal positions and wardrobe that permit make a dynamic, entertainig and interesting the story. In addition, other form of intervention are the PUPs, this is an umbrella decorated in a particular form with the which I invited the people to under of this and I say a short story of one minute approximately, is like a invitation to my personal universe. Hi old and new classmates! Today I write about a family photography. Generally with my family take very very few photos, I think because we are very ugly hahaha. Anyway, the photo I show now was taken in 2015 when I was in winter holidays with my sisters in the National park Nahuelbuta, region of Araucanía, this is a beautiful place with much snow in july and others months of winter, in addition there are many trees like araucarias so big. This photo was taken for my mother and appear me and my two sisters. The girl that is using the red jacket is my older sister, and she was who have the idea to visit this park. also she drived until over there (is a long road with many curves).
